Around 1100 eager shoppers from Wiltshire and surrounding counties poured into Tedworth House, Tidworth, as always on the last Wednesday in September, for the Early Early Christmas Fair. The annual ABF event, this year again proudly sponsored by Aspire Defence, raised a record £30,000 for the charity, which is up £1000 on last year.
"This year's fair was as good as ever and had a really nice feel to it. Many regular visitors returned to what has become a very popular social and community event – and we saw lots of first timers hunting around for some Christmas bargains too, which is always pleasing and wonderful support for the Fund. I would like to thank the many, many people who gave their time, effort and support to make this year's Fair the huge success it was."

Caroline Cary the Fair Organizer said "This was another very exciting year with great stallholders, a superb venue and very satisfied customers. This facilitated greater awareness not only of the stallholders but also the local businesses who gave us donations in the form of prizes. We would also like to thank all the many companies who supported us through the advertising campaign this year. The support has been outstanding."
"Aspire Defence has again been proud to sponsor such a significant and successful event in the local area and looks forward to continue working with the ABF in the future," said James Thoden van Velzen, Garrison Facilities Director for Aspire Defence.
